I need to replace the flat roof on my extension and was wondering if anybody can advise me what is the best thing to replace it with i do not know wether to use polyester felt or epdm rubber or is anyone aware of a better material to use as it appears to be a bit of a minefield

use epdm
i use to fit it a couple of years ago go for firestone trained installers
belive me it will last 20 years

You can always go with a composite GRP roof. A fantastic product, much stronger than either felt or epdm. We install this product - very quick and easy fit, no heat, excellent job. Although epdm's can be good, they are still rubber and rubber can perish.
