Garage door opening

Hi im going to convert my single garage to a double with a 14' door opening but as the garage has a concrete lintel with 2 courses of blocks on top at the moment how would i replicate this look with a 14' opening as im sure concrete lintels arent available for this application?

If you want bricks directly over the opening you will have to use something like the channel lintol.
