GRANITE PATIO LOOKING DULL ...

GRANITE PATIO: Just had new silver granite patio laid, grouted with white cement and along every grouted joint there IS a noticeable 'cement excess margin'. slabs and joints all look as if talcum powder is on granite surface. Have brushed and scrubbed and washed it but still talc/cloudy....looking patio ANY SUGGESTIONS please ?[/b]
