I have a Heatmiser UH2 installed in my house to provide underfloor heating to two zones in my living room. These are controlled by two Heatmiser DS1 controllers, one for each area.
The underfloor heating worked last year, however when we turned this on yesterday only one area heated up. Both of the thermostats lit with with a red LED to say they were heating.
I did a full investigation and after several hours I realised that the area that is not heating up is sending a signal to the Heatmiser UH2 when the thermostat is turned on, however when this signal is received the Heatmiser UH2 clicks and light briefly comes on before immediately switching off. The red LED on the thermostat stays on.
Can you please help as we need heating for my 9 month old boy!
