Holes in corrugated plastic roof.

Hi,

I have a corrugated plastic roof with holes in it. To fix the holes do I need to replace the entire sheet, or can I get a new sheet cut patches out of it and stick it up with some sealant. If so, do you have any recommendations as to the type of sealant and where I might get it?
