Have landis & staefa rwb2e programmer/timer on boiler, lights on and timer correct but heating water ok but not central heating when programmed on all day or twice! Been like this for two weeks but has twice heated heaters on own accord! While on twice! Weird! Boiler is Baxi solo 2pf! Any ideas appreciated!

Will guess motorised valve micro switches. Try moving bleeding leaver on valve to bleed position if it then works most likely valve. The leave will normally latch and when full over the valve is in centre position so both central heating and hot water will work together. I am assuming you are wired to Y plan if not then sorry this does not apply.
