hot water is on but cant get radiators on

I have a baxi boiler which has no fault light flashing. the control unit has had new batteries but does not turn on the radiators, please help. my 4 and 6 year old are freezing

need more info about ur boiler? what type is is combi? system? model? what works? what doesn't?
