Hotpoint WF220

The bearing has started to sound rough on my Hotpoint WF220, I have changed bearings on older washing machines but looking at this one it appears different.
You cant seem to remove the back panel on the machine and it looks like you have to completely remove the drum though the top of the machine to change the bearings, is this correct ?
