How to finish beading?

What is the best way to finish a strip of beading?

Some of the beading I'm laying finishes at door frames so I'm thinking instead of just cutting it straight down is there a neater more attractive way to finish the end?

Cut the bead so that it finishes level with door frame i.e 30 to 45 deg or drop the belt sander in vice and round them off.
