How to remove a stain from my Decking

I put decking down in the summer in my rear garden, so it is relatively new... Came home from holiday this week and there was, what seems to be a chinese lantern ( the one that you light and it floats away), has landed on the deck. Since it has been there it must have rained and the blue colour has run off the lantern and stained the decking.

I have tried jet washing it and scrubbing with a hard brush and some boiling water and soap, but to no avail...

Could someone please help me as to what to do??? I'm stuck with a big blue stain!!
