Hi, we have a converted flat that has another flat and a takeaway in the same building. We are currently getting smells coming up from underneath our ground floor floorboards (from the takeaway) and also from underneath one of our landings (from our neighbours). The floorboards are covered by carpet but are still letting through these smells.
Any advice on what to do? Who to get in to investigate the source?
