inslutating stud walls

hi all, just bought my first house and had to gut it completely and before i re-plaster i was wondering what the best products were to insulate my stud walls between bedrooms and bedroom and bathroom.

does insulation have sound proofing qualities or is that an extra layer of something i need to add??

You need to use acoustic mat from Rockwool or something similar.
