insulation

Reading an earlier qstn,I am also trying to find some sort of insulation for my weatherboarded house.i am prepared to remove the boarding and insulate,but unsure of what would be best if any.There is a cavity of roughly 120mm from boarding to plasterboard interior!!!Not made to last me thinks!!! :roll:
