Keston are THE most aragent company I've ever had the misfortune to have delt with, expect no help if things go wrong and they do, frequently! So much so that a major house builder wrote them out of their specification.

As to combi boilers I would not give one house space, they where designed for one bathroom flats/apartments with one or two people living in them, then installers latched on to how easy they where to fit and fell in love with them, problem is the more installers demanded the combi to fit bigger and bigger properties the more square pegs are being hammerd in to round holes, you now have combi's in excess of 50kw's with very little regards to suitability and running costs.
