kitchen drawers

hey there, i've got some kitchen draws to fit, question 1 there are 6 little washers where bouts do there go im stumped, question 2 hows the best to get the size fitting right on them ie what hight they all should be at. thanks.

If you have "bow" handles the washers probably go between the back of the drawer.
Q2: am not sure what you are asking about the height. More detailed description, eg are these from a manufacturer, shed, etc?, would probably get you more replies
