Laminate floor laying

by Gowthorpe » Sun Nov 11, 2007 1:15 pm

I have already got laminate flooring in my hallway, but am about to lay it in a dining room connected to the hallway by a half glass door. Should I lay it in the same direction as the hallway is done, even though this would not follow the longest or straightest wall in the dining room ?

Many Thanks,
Dave

You can lay in any direction as long as you repect the manufactures stated expansion gap for the boards you are using. Then use a cover strip between the two rooms
