lighting circuit

im wiring up 2 flurorescent lights on a new circuit that needs to be operated by two seperate switches about 15ft away. can somebody give me a wiring diagram from consumer unit to the lights and switches?

I really wonder if you need a wiring diagram should you be doing the job? Also if coming from the consumer unit it would be part P. But in true Blue Peter style here is one I did earlier http://www.ericmark.talktalk.net/twoway.html if you scroll to bottom there are some diagrams.
Remember being an electrician is 20% getting things to work and 80% knowing all the rules and regulations so do be careful.
