My flat roof was covered 5 years ago... no problems, but I would lik to make sure it will last longer....can I put any liquid solution over it so that any possible cracks will be covered before the summer sun gets at it ?
or are there any other precautions I can take to extend its life ? thankyou

Hi,
If your not having any problems at the moment with the roof, as the old saying goes, "Why fix it if it isn't broke".
Flat roofs leaks can be expensive to fix unless there are obvious signs of the leak, ie crack in the felt.
As a temporary measure, if you find a crack in the felt you could use a liquid product called Acrypol.
