Moisture in Seals in UPVC Unit

I am getting moisture between my external black seals and the glazed unit in my new windows. The installer tells me this is normal as weather proofing is via the sealed glazed unit and the black seal is there only to stop vibrating/rattling in the wind. I am worried that eventually I will get algae or mould growth where the moisture lies and I will be unable to clean it out. ANY ADVICE PLEASE
