Myson Hi-Spec Controlaire Warm Air System

    Postby missbish77 » Wed Feb 06, 2013 7:37 pm

Hi there, I hope someone can help me? My family and I moved into rented accomadation approx 8 months and discovered it had a warm air heating system. We have had a few problems with it but it seems to work ok. I wanted to do an energy price comparison so I phone my energy supplier to see how much we have used since moving in. I was shocked to hear that from June 2012 to Jan 2013 we had used 13,500 kw of gas!!! This seems like an awful lot if you ask me even through the winter months? My husband seems to think that the hot water part of the system is on all the time? Is this the case or can you turn it onto a time like with the heating? Cant find a manual anywhere :-( Any help would be appreciated!!!

The circulator doesn't have an electronic thermostat - so no you are unable to use this on a timer.
