Natural gas and carbon monoxide detection.

by m7ohn » Sat Mar 01, 2008 12:33 pm

I've read on the internet about a system that in the event of a gas leak and/or carbon monoxide leak the sensor will operate an auto shut off valve at the gas meter outlet and isolate the gas supply to the building.

Can anyone advise of a good quality hi spec system i can purchase for peace of mind in the home.

I realise this system would have to fitted by a Corgi registered fitter and electrics by a part 'P'.

I've also heard you can get one for the water supply too as flood protection??

Be safe not sorry.......safety is a family affair
