Newly Plastered / skimmed celing is showing signs of fungy

Hi

I have just had a new ceilling put in and plastered whilst it still drying it is showing signs of fungy

Can somebody Please Help. Why is their any fungus on a brand new ceilling just plastered 2 weeks ago. it has not even been primed yet

what do you mean by fungus? is it white and crystalline in structure? or black and mouldy?

post a pic if possible it would help immensely with the diagnosis.
