painting polycarbonate roof sheets internally

I want to install a M/F suspended ceiling to my georgian roofed conservatory, which will be a flat ceiling as I am fortunate thae it has a height of 2.5 Metres b and would like to use rockwall insulation above, however, although my polycarbonate roofing sheets are not the clear type, i would sooner paint the inside of the sheets white /cream so that you cannot see through, the hangers/M/f runners are galvanised so i would pre-coat with Modents solution prior to finish coat. Any suggestions for Polycarbonate? many thanks Martin. Ps I have the use of a spray plant.
