plasterboard wall repair
I am cutting a channel in the wall to run some wires inside a plasterboard wall (for my plasma tv). How do i fill the channel 1.5 inch wide, so that the finished wall looks like new. thanks. I hope my question is clear.
Hi ashna17mathur,
firstly: I hope you know that cable carrying current and cable carrying data should be seperated and not routed together. secondly: If this is an addition or new new electrical installation part p of building regs are to comply. thirdly: The cable should be either mechanically protected by metal conduit or metal plate if buried less than 50mm into wall, unless route in safe zones (on-site guide or BS7671). Assure me this is all done correctly then I can give you advise you. Regards KB
