Polycarbonate roof

I have a lean to conservatory with a polycarbonate roof.I would like to replace the existing polycarbonate with "Heatguard" polycarbonate.Is it a simple matter of sliding out the old roof panels and then in sliding in the new ones?

if the polycarbonate is the same thickness as the new heatguard sheet then no problems,but if it isnt the capping wont fit onto the bars

Thanks very much for the advice.I can buy"heatguard" at exactly the same dimensions so I will go ahead.Great help thanks again.
