Power shower installed 4 yrs ago. Shower not working properly. Gives hot water only when turned to maximum. Please advise

Filters blocked maybe ? limescale blocking the filters on the hot water inlet will mean there's more cold water getting through than hot.

Strip down and clean/renew the filters, see if there's any improvement.

i had a similar problem with a power shower a while ago. turned out that the non return valve in the unit had gunked up and was sticking shut. no flow, so the pump wasn't being triggered. might be worth investigating as well.
