Pricing for sanding and staining wood floor

Hi - anyone know how much I should be paying to get someone to sand a wooden floor and stain/varnish it? It's a room 6mx4m plus hall 4mx1m, so 28sq mtrs.

usualy in the region of £20-£30 a sqm
