Problem wall

I have an unusual wall between mine and next doors. It is massive stone flags, up to 7 feet in height and 4 in width. They are leaning into next doors and they aren't too happy.

I want to keep them, so I'm thinking of shoring them up with 3x2 anchored to next doors yard floor and braced, digging out a trench on my side so I can drop the flags back in, straighten them up, chock them with engineering brick, and then get some concrete in.

Has anyone else come across this or have a better idea?
