Problems with my Cascade Mixer Shower

Initially the shower would not turn off properly and water trickled out even when firmly turned off. Now I need to use a screwdriver to turn the shower on and off/change water temp. Can I fix this?

I think your valve need a service. You can get seal kits for most valves. Most valves can be dissmantled quiet easily, cleaned & seals replaced
