Hi we have a new build house with. Pureflo Matrix sewage package treatment system. Building control advised that one soil vent pipe would be sufficient (2 bathrooms - 4 people) but we occasionally get foul smells in the house. Presumably we need at least another vent to resolve the problem? We've checked the drains and all is well. The tank is fine also and is doing its job. Someone mentioned fitting a durgo valve but I don't think that's the answer as I want the foul smells to rise and escape above the roofline.
