removing paint from plastered walls

I have been informed of condensation problems under bedroom window,full of mould.Can you help with best way to remove paint from plastered wall.
Also the best anti mould or fungal treatment for plaster.

have a look on Doctors Projects regarding paint striping a great product on there, the mould is normally fungal related, so i'd try local DIY shop or builders merchants. I have used B&Q homebrand worked a treat, see what is says on the tin!
