Replacing Satchwell Room Thermostat With new Flomasta 2923G

Hi, I want to replace my old satchwell 2259g room thermostat with a flomasta 2923g digital stat. I'm not clear on the wiring. See images of old and new below, can anyone advise how I should wire the new one please..? Thanks.
