    Sealing an internal drain

    Postby baz305 » Thu Jan 21, 2010 8:21 pm

My daughter has bought a house which still has the drain that the kitchen sink waste empties into still open in an extension that has been built on to the rear of the house. Is there a drain cover available which can be put onto the drain and alloww the waste pipe to be connected which can also be sealed to stop noise and smell?

    baz305,
I assume you are referring to an open gully, if so it will need digging out and a sealed back inlet gulley fitted.
