Do you mean the shelves or the books fell off?

What did you use to fix the shelves and what type of wall is it?

I often use Spur Steel-Lok shelving. If the shelves will be full you wont notice the wall rails and it's very easy to adjust the shelf heights if you change the order of your books.

shelving floating - wtih hidden brackets

by margo1988 » Wed Feb 25, 2009 12:13 pm

thanks for your reply - to answer your question - the shelves fell off the wall and the bracket too. But a friend recommended a shelving company and they do cantilevered shelves which can hold big coffee table books.
Google "shelvingcompany.co.uk"
I had them installed and they can hold all my big heavy books.
I appreciate your reply - thanks,
margo
