Skip Hire problems

The skip company has refused to collect the skip from my house. I have tried calling them everyday using different numbers, they simply cut us off everytime. Please can some one advise what I can do.

You don't say what reason they are giving for not collecting the skip.
Have you paid in full
If the skip overfull
Have you put materials in the skip which you are not supposed to add.
