My water pressure is extremely high. I replaced a hard washer with a soft 1/2" washer and the vibration started.until I realised this was the problem I had tried all sorts with no success. I don't know why this should be so but I hope it A useful and easy one to try first. It may be that the soft rubber is vibrating with the high pressure.
