tiling kitchen floor
My kitchen has an extension so half the floor is wood and half is concrete. I want to lay ceramic floor tiles. If I put plywood on the floorboards this part of the floor will be at a higher level than the concrete floor. Can I put something on the concrete floor to bring it up to the same level? Or, what else can I do to get my floor level throughout?
Re: tiling kitchen floor
rosecav,
Fit plywood (at least 12mm) over the whole floor making sure joins in the plywood are nowhere near the concrete/wood join. end
