Hi All,

Troubleshooting my GF's Storage heater, model as above, peak works fine, offpeak storage is not working.. She has others in the house working fine so don't believe its the circuit. There's no thermal fuse switch, but there is a thermal fuse (which looks intact), does anyone have any advice how I can trouble shoot this?. In addition if thermal fuse is intact does that mean its ok or do I need to test it further?.

You are moving beyond the DIY. I have in the past been banned from this forum for going too deep which if a DIY guy was to follow the same path could cause danger.

How does a thermal fuse "look" intact there is nothing to see? You need to test it not just viable check.

This job needs a methodical testing procedure there is unlikely to be a quick fix.
