unused kitchen cupboard space

I have a 900cm+ long kitchen base unit which fits into a corner but does not return around the corner ie it is straight and a 'dead end'. Is there any storage unit I can fit into this existing kitchen which would stop this being a dumping ground

There are some really clever pull out storage units designed specifically for this problem, Google hafele and you'll probably find one to suit.
