This'll probably sound daft but I'm covered in oil & losing the plot :oops: . My Garage Door slammed shut recently & the Cables connected the Weights bounced off the wheels at the top of the door. On each side of the door there are 2 wheels - 1 with a single groove & 1 with 2 grooves. I looped the cable over the 2 wheels but that didn't & I've now tried different methods of looping the cables but none have been successful - either it makes thge door too heavy to open or uncontrollable when closing.. It is a standard-type up and over garage door & I'd be grateful if someone could tell me where I'm going wrong.
