wet carpet/underlay/floorboards

Help!
outside wall with patio doors.i have just found that carpet/floorboards are damp inside patio doors and surrounding area . Is damp coming from out side? only been in the house a few months so no history/background.

could be condensation from the doors ..... look under the sill of the doors from the outside and see if the is any cement under the sill
