What Hacksaw would Someone Recommend to Remove Window Restrictor

I'm trying to get rid of this restrictor on my window to get a better nights sleep. I think I need a hacksaw. What hacksaw would you recommend for it though?

it would be better to replace the restrictor hinges with standard ones, contact your local upvc and conservatory intallers
