Where to Find This Shower Pipe Part in the UK Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

Hi Guys,

Thanks for reading my first post on here. I will be very thankful if you can identify this part and tell me where I can find this on ebay or any UK base store. Please check the image url.

This is basically a shower pipe in the picture. The end that we see in the picture goes under the Hose attached to the bath tub.However I can't seem to find this grey attachment bit in any store or online and not sure wat its called someone told me at the B&Q that its part of the assembly of the hose so try to take this grey part out and re attachit and buy a new pipe. Can someone please help me find this part ? I can explain more if this is still not clear.

that should be a 1/2 inch thread,take the plastic nut to somewhere like city plumbing and see if it screws into 1/2 inch female iron x copper,if it does you can buy a chrome 1/2 inch male iron to copper and some PTFE tape

Can I just not buy this whole pipe with that plastic bit on as whole unit I would like to replace it all togather with a new shower head. But thanks for feed back and I will try a plumbing shop as B&Q has been useless.

Thanks for the help on this. I have sorted the issue took to plumbing store where they help me took the plastic bit apart. I then bought a new pipe so its all fixed and working now thanks again for your help on this :)
