    where to get the best deals

    [color=blue]Hi
    Ive just managed to get myself a place and am looking at getting stuff
    screwfix seem to be a good place for bits but i also need a kitchen & bathroom any pointers as to whos doing best deals atm

    Shop around for what you want, I've not found screwfix particularly cheap once you add in delivery.

    Screwfix, Wickes, Homebase, B+Q are all comparable, and the last 3 will do you a plan and costing.
    The biggest cost is in the fitting which IMHO is exhorbitant.
    There are also free kitchen planners online, (Alno seems a good one to me, so you can go armed with what you want) but trawl round these, because at the moment they will bite yor hand off to supply, if you can fit.
