    hi
i was hoping some one could help me, i have recently moved in to a victorian house, and am currently redecorating my upstairs bathroom and im hoping to leave the floor boards exposed. i realize the boards need to be varnished but would like to know the best way/product of sealing the them also what product should i use to fill/ seal the gaps between the boards so that water cant leak through to the ceiling below?

    cheers for your help
