the hot water demand light flashes rapidly approx 30 secs after either demand for dhw or heating. any ideas

if i remember correctly this fault indicates an air pressure problem, this can be that the fan isnt running,or the air pressure switch is faulty, or the air pressure tubes are damaged or have come disconnected. could also be a blocked flue.

i am 95 % sure that this is the fault,
