2kw Futura Wall Heater in Bathroom Sparks every few Minutes?

Post by unionworkeruk » Sun Feb 07, 2016 12:23 pm

I have a small shower room 6 sqm in total. I have used a 2kw floor fan heater which takes the temperture to 75F. which is good.

To be safe I have now fitted a 2kw Futura wall heater. This only takes the temperature to 65F. The heater also sparks every five minute or so, They have replaced the original but the new one also sparks every few minutes.

Would this be what is affecting the heat or is there some other reason why the wall heater is not as effective as the free standing one ? Is there a more effective wall heater that does reach 75F?

Thanks for any advice or recommedations
