I wonder whether you can help? I have a bollard, like this:

that’s been knocked down. I have contacted the company above and they have given me the name of an independent contractor, as they live some distance away from me they have quoted £300 to complete the work – excluding the bollard (am just outside of London, Ascot). Do you think that this is a fair price? How long would replacing the bollard take/ what tools are necessary?
