I am looking for a floor covering for a double garage that currently is concrete. In order of importance it needs to:
be warm/insulating
take the weight of a car driving in and out (no turning, just in/out and sitting)
be reasonable
be pretty
I like the look and feel of cork, but fear it may compress or move about with the weight of the car. We have considered having the section the car is to sit on as a different material, but would prefer it all to be the same....
The garage is to become a multipurpose room for a Yoga studio, a cinema room/man cave and also car storage.
