Advice for solving house drainage problem

Post by Steve68004 » Sat Nov 21, 2020 4:38 pm

Hi All,
Can I ask your advice please?
We had an extension built 6 years ago and I asked the builder to move the drains (he didn't). Anyway we have been getting the drain blocked by moss and leaves etc. The problem is we can't get down the side of the extension to clear the drain and have been clearing the drain by means of a bespoke scraper 3m long haha.

We're currently in the process of moving house and I don't want to leave it like this for the new home owner. I've attached a picture of what I'd like to do with the drain, It's just whether you think It'd work.

The bath and sink taps go into a trough as well as the rainwater drain (left of pic above extension roof) this is a front view pic. I'd like to pipe these in solid.

The right drawing is a side view of what I'd like to do, the black is the current set up and the red is my proposed set up. I also have a kitchen sink waste pipe going into the bottom drain.

The 2200mm measurement is to the top of our decking.

Could I ask do you think this would work?

Many thanks in advance

Steve
